Li Jun joined the Group in April 2002 and is the
Group’s Deputy CEO. He assists the Founder
in the overall management and operations of
the Group. He is further responsible for, inter
alia, the internal and external management of
administrative affairs and the organisation and
management of staff (including staff recruitment,
training, remuneration and increment). Mr Li is
currently the Secretary of China Animal Health
Products Association . Prior to joining the Group,
he was, amongst others, the head of human
resource for Beijing Jinyikang Technology Co.,
Ltd from 2001 to 2002, the general manager of
Beijing Farm Technology Co., Ltd from 1999 to
2001 and the human resource manager for Beijing
Da Bei Nong Group from 1996 to 1999. Mr Li holds
a qualification in Food Hygiene Examination from
Anhui Agriculture Techniques Teaching Institute
which he obtained in 1993.
Chief Financial Officer:
Mr Goh Kay Seng Edwin
Goh Kay Seng Edwin joined the Group in April
2007 as its Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the
Group’s financial, accounting and tax matters with
respect to compliance with Singapore laws and
regulations. Mr Goh started his career with KPMG as
an Audit Assistant in 1998 and subsequently joined
Arthur Andersen in 1999, where he was involved in
assurance and business advisory, and transaction
advisory services. Following the merger of Arthur
Andersen with Ernst and Young in July 2002, he
was part of the Assurance & Advisory Business
Services Unit and led audit engagements in various
companies and assisted the companies in their
IPOs and due diligence work in connection with
proposed mergers and acquisitions. Immediately
prior to his appointment with the Group, he held
the position of audit manager at Ernst & Young. Mr
Goh holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from
the Nanyang Technological University which he
obtained in 1998 and is currently a Certified Public
Accountant in Singapore.
Head of Public Relations:
Ms Song Yan Mei
Song Yan Mei has been with the Group since
March 2000 and is the Group’s Head of Public
Relations. She is responsible for all public
relation matters relating to the Group (including
entertaining enquiries from the public, news
organisations and investors). Ms Song was
previously an accountant with Zhongken
Mitsubishi Farm from 1999 to 2000 and with the
Beijing Farm Bureau (Beijiao Farm) from 1991
to 1998. Ms Song holds a Bachelor Degree in
Veterinary Medicine from Shenyang Agriculture
University which she obtained in 1991.
Head of Sales, Marketing and Distribution:
Mr Zhu Chun Bo
Zhu Chun Bo has been with the Group since April
2003 and is currently the Head of Sales, Marketing
and Distribution of the Group. He is responsible for
the Group’s sales, marketing and distribution matters
(including logistics). Prior to joining the Group, Mr Zhu
was the head of sales in Puruina Animal Feed Co. Ltd
from 1998 to 2003. Between 1995 to 1998, he worked
as a sales personnel in Asia Pacific Animal Feed Co.
Ltd . Mr Zhu holds a qualification from Langfang
Teaching Institute which he obtained in 2005.
Sales, Marketing and Distribution Manager:
Mr Ma Ju Hong
Ma Ju Hong joined the Group in June 1997 and is
one of the Group’s Sales, Marketing and Distribution
Managers. He is responsible for, amongst others, the
sales, marketing and distribution activities relating to
Shenzhou Pagina-kang, Beijing Healthcare and Hebei
Runshengzhougfu. Prior to joining the Group, he was,
amongst others, the deputy general manager of Hebei
Province Xingtaishi Hongda Technology Co. Ltd from
1995 to 1997 and the office manager for Hebei Province
Xingtaishi Residential and Property Co-operative
from 1994 to 1995. Mr Ma holds a qualification in
Communications from Hebei Electronics Technological
Institute which he obtained in 1989.
Sales, Marketing and Distribution Manager:
Mr Zhang Yu Guang
Zhang Yu Guang joined the Group in 2001 and is
one of the Group’s Sales, Marketing and Distribution
Managers. He is responsible for, amongst others, the
sales, marketing and distribution activities relating to
Shijiazhuang Aoxin, Shijiazhuang Lvxinkang, Hebei
Runshengzhougfu and Hebei Geruisi. Prior to joining
the Group, he was the sales manager of Shijiazhuang
ZhengDa Hongfu Farming Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2001
and the business representative for Hebei Kexing
Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999. Mr Zhang
holds a qualification from Zhangjiakou Agriculture
College which he obtained in 1998.
Sales, Marketing and Distribution Manager:
Mr Wang Yu Bin
Wang Yu Bin joined the Group in 2000 and is one of the
Group’s Sales, Marketing and Distribution Manager. He
is responsible for, amongst others, the sales, marketing
and distribution activities relating to Shenzhou
Pagina-kang, Shijiazhuang Maidisenda, Shijiazhuang
Lixinkang, and Beijing Healthcare. He started his
employment with the Group after his graduation. Mr
Wang holds a Bachelor Degree from Hebei Agriculture
University which he obtained in 2000.
Head of Production, Purchasing and Quality Assurance:
Ms Lin Gui Min
Lin Gui Min has been with the Group since July 1999
and is the Group’s Head of Production, Purchasing
and Quality Assurance. She started her employment
with the Group after she graduated. Ms Lin is
responsible for all the production, procurement and
quality assurance of the Group. She holds a Bachelor
Degree in Nutrition from Hebei Agriculture University
which she obtained in 1999.
