As a value-added service, we provide technical and support services such as farming techniques and methodologies and to impart imparting knowledge relating to animal health and treatment of animal diseases to select retailers who meet their sales target and retailers with sales potential.
We have been providing such services to its customers since 2001. We believe that we are one of the first in the animal health industry in the PRC to provide such structured technical and support services. The provision of these services has allowed us to keep in constant contact with our customers thereby forging closer business relationships and hence achieving better sales for the Group.
